The reuse of water is one of our Sustainable Development Goals. Thanks to a €2 million investment, VEOS can filter up to 150.000 liters of animal blood per day into drinkable water. By reusing the filtered water in the production process, the new water purification installation cuts groundwater use by no less than 40%.
