In this role, Diogo will focus on customers’ outcomes, partnering closely to understand specific needs, co-develop practical solutions and ensure reliable support from first contact through post-sale follow-up. He will translate field insights into actionable improvements and foster transparent communication – helping customers optimize performance while strengthening long-term relationships with ACTIPRO in Brazil.
